The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a points system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to assess and rank candidates in the Express Entry pool. The CRS awards points based on factors such as age, education level, proficiency in official languages, work experience in Canada and abroad, and other criteria. There is no fixed minimum score to receive an invitation—the system is competitive, and the lowest-ranked candidate's score varies each round depending on the number of candidates in the pool and the number of invitations issued. Candidates with the highest scores receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence during the regular invitation rounds.
This calculator is an estimation tool based on criteria published by IRCC. The official assessment of your application is conducted solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada through the My Account portal. The score may vary depending on the official criteria during the immigration process. For further clarification, we encourage you to contact us.
